PURPOSE: To provide a water treating device where accumulation accumulated in a water treating tank does not fall outside the water treating tank.
CONSTITUTION: A water treating tank 2 where a solid-liquid separation membrane 1 is immersed is installed. An opening 2b is made in a wall 2a of the water treating tank 2. To the peripheral edge part of the opening 2b is attached a cylindrical body 3 projecting outward over the whole circumference from the water treating tank 2 successively, and also on the end part of the cylindrical body 3 is integrally formed a flange part 4. A door 5 that freely opens and closes the opening 2b is freely attachably and detachably formed on the flange part 4. At least the underside inner surface of the cylindrical body 3 is formed into an inclined surface sloping downward to inside the water treating tank 2.
