PURPOSE: To improve the working rate by providing a shear line and a recoil line used for the processing of a cold rolled steel sheet, a surface treated steel sheet, etc., and also, arranging a surface treatment line, etc., before and behind the line.
CONSTITUTION: A POR 31, an entry deflector roll 32, an entry shear 33, a side trimmer 34, and a welder 35 are provided as a main shared entry equipment A, and in the delivery of its welder 35, a steel sheet switching device 35 is provided, and it is provided so as to be connected to the remaining equipment B of a shear line, and the remaining equipment C of a recoil line through its steel sheet switching device 36. An idle equipment of the shear line in which a fluctuation of a working rate is large is decreased, an inexpensive equipment is constituted as a shared equipment, and also, its equipment can be utilized effectively, and the working rate of the shear line and the recoil line can be enhanced.
