Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano fiber production method capable of continuously producing a nano fiber from a solution in which a cellulose acylate is dissolved in a solvent.SOLUTION: A solution 25 in which a cellulose acylate is dissolved in a solvent is discharged from a tip end opening of a nozzle 13. The solution 25 discharged from the tip end opening is configured so that a solvent saturation vapor pressure Ps and cellulose acylate concentration satisfy Ps×C≤300. By applying a voltage to the nozzle 13 and a collector 50, the solution 25 and the collector 50 are charged in reverse polarities. The collector 50 causes the solution 25 discharged from the tip end opening to be attracted and then is accumulated as nano fibers 46. The accumulated nano fibers 46 are acquired as a nonwoven fabric 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
