Abstract:
To provide a nanoparticle synthesis apparatus and a nanoparticle synthesis method.
The nanoparticle synthesis apparatus includes a plasma generator 110 to generate plasma, a recovering unit 140 to recover synthesized nanoparticles, and a cooling unit 120 located between the plasma generator 110 and the recovering unit 140, equipped with a cooling channel 121 to cool a raw material supplied from the plasma generator 110 to synthesize the nanoparticles, wherein the cooling channel 121 has a lower temperature for cooling stepwise in the direction of the nanoparticle flow.
