Abstract:

To provide a nasal splint being able to be handled in such a manner that the fingers of a person applying the splint do not touch the adhesive surface, as the splint is attached to the nose by adhesive.

At least one nasal splint 50 has on one face 58 thereof means to adhere it to one side only of the nose of a wearer. The nasal splint 50 is adapted by reason of the shape to have at least one end of the splint adhering over an underlying more rigid portion of the structure of the nose. There is a handle 52 which is connected to part of the nasal splint and which is adapted to be removed therefrom subsequent to placing of the splint on the nose.
