Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce a temperature difference in the direction of height of a room to improve comfortable property and obtain a natural convection type space heater, having compact structure, high thermal efficiency and high safety.
CONSTITUTION: Outside air, introduced into the body 1 of the title heater through a cold air inflow port 2, becomes warm air by heating by means of a heater 4 and the warm-air ascends naturally through the body 1 and is discharged through a warm-air outlet port 3 the outside of a heater while outside air, introduced through cold air ports 16, 17 in accordance with the discharging of the warm-air, is discharged from a cold air discharging port 20 into the warm-air outlet port 3 through a diffusion plate 23. The outside air is arranged above the warm air to suppress the sudden ascending of the warm-air while the cold air is mixed with the warm air to promote the diffusion of the warm air.
