Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the thickness of a stone plate as much as possible to reduce the weight of the stone plate by surely fixing a holding element without providing a recessed part on the stone plate.
CONSTITUTION: A circular holding element 2 is connected to the reverse side of a large natural stone plate 1 through glass solder 3. A flat head screw 5 is provided in the downward flare central hole 4 of the holding element 2, and the stone plate 1 is fixed to the outside facade of a building by this flat head screw 5. According to this structure, the formation of a recessed part on the edge of the stone plate for fixation of the holding element can be dispensed with, and the thickness of the stone plate can be reduced to an allowable degree.
