Abstract:
To enable a driver to recognize an advancement direction of a vehicle (left turn, right turn, straight) even when a navigation sound cannot be heard clearly.
In a navigation sound output apparatus, when a navigation sound signal is input, a navigation sound is output at least from two speakers 17a, 17b set right and left in a vehicle room. When the navigation sound guides a left turn, the sound input to a left ear is made larger than the sound input to a right ear by a sound volume control means (13, 16, 19). When the navigation sound guides a right turn, the sound input to the right ear is made larger than that input to the left ear.
