Abstract:
To cut a workpiece having a more complicated shape more easily in a shorter time.SOLUTION: An NC cutting machine comprises: a jig for holding a first material and a second material; a main spindle for rotating a tool that cuts the first material and the second material; and a table to which the jig is fixed. The jig includes: first angular position displacement means for displacing the first material to an angular position on a first rotation axis; second angular position displacement means for displacing the first angular position displacement means to an angular position on a second rotation axis; third angular position displacement means for displacing the second material to an angular position on a third rotation axis; fourth angular position displacement means for displacing the third angular position displacement means to an angular position on a fourth rotation axis; and linear position displacement means for displacing the fourth angular position displacement means to a position on a straight line in a direction orthogonal to the second rotation axis and the fourth rotation axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
