The local NC device 1 attached to the respective machine tools records the log data, performs the data conversion from the log data and prepares the respective kinds of the operation information files 142. The operation information file 142 is composed of the plural kinds of files corresponding to purposes and includes a work time result file, a machine operation result file and a work item result file, etc., for performing screen display. A display control program 133 selects and reads the file required for the screen display from the operation information file 142 corresponding to an instruction inputted from an input means 16 by an operator. Then, according to information read from the file, a screen corresponding to the instruction of the operator is displayed at a display means 15.
