To provide a needle clamp in a needle punch machine, having a high implanting density of punch needles, and enabling a nonwoven material having a small width size to be precisely and strongly attached to a base material.
The Needle-inserting holes 15 opened at the lower surface, and screw holes 16 communicating with the needle-inserting holes 15 from the outer periphery of the lower part are formed in a seat 11 attached to the lower part of a needlebar. Many punch needles N in a state in which the shank parts n1 of the needles N are stuck to each other are inserted to the needle-inserting holes 15, and the many needles N are fixed by screwing set screws 17 engaged by screwing in the screw holes 16 to improve the implanting density of the punch needles N.
