Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a needle punch device for a fiber web as enabled a simple structure for driving a needle board both in a piercing direction and a fiber web-passing direction so as to obtain advantageous preconditions for the advantageous adjustment of the needle board feed in the fiber web passing direction without requiring the needle board to swing.
SOLUTION: This needle punch device of a fiber web 2 has at least one carrier 6 for the needle board 4 supported by a pedestal 12, and two parallel eccentric wheel transmission devices 7 and 8, consisting of each two parallel eccentric wheel shafts 9 and 10 installed between the pedestal 12 and the needle board carrier 6 and driving the needle board in the piercing direction and the fiber web direction. An intermediate carrier 13 is provided between the needle board 6 and the pedestal 12, and the intermediate carrier 13 against the pedestal 12 and also the needle board carrier 6 against the intermediate carrier 13 are guided to a circular orbit through the two eccentric transmission devices 7 and 8 provided between the pedestal 12 and the intermediate carrier 13, and between the intermediate carrier 13 and the needle board carrier 6.
