To provide a needle punch device, safe and inexpensive so as to be simply mounted to a conventional industrial, home sewing machine, etc., without preparing an exclusive sewing machine.

This needle punch device is provided by installing multiple needle-penetrating holes at the central position and at an almost same distance on its concentric circles of an end surface of a column-shaped needle block moving in up and down direction by attaching it to a needle rod moving in up and down direction of the machine, inserting the base part of a needle installed with a scratching projection in its surroundings for scratching out the composition fiber of a decorative fiber such as a non-woven fabric, cotton, woolen yarn, etc., while installing a screw-fixing hole opening at each of the needle inserting holes at the side surface of the column-shaped needle block for freely fixing the needles with a screw, and fixing the base part of a restricting coil spring having a diameter covering the outer circumference of needle group and a length for covering the tip end of the needle on being elongated, at the column-shaped needle block, or the needle punch device is provided by installing the fixing screw holes independently so as to open at each of the needle insertion holes.
