Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a needle punching apparatus comprising a needle board driving device for simple regulation at a low cost without requiring the shaking of a needle board.
SOLUTION: This needle punching apparatus is provided with a carrier (3) capable of reciprocating in the piercing direction (5) and the web passage direction (6) and holding at least the one needle board. Connecting rods (10) of two eccentric wheel driving devices (8 and 9) drivable in the mutual opposite directions for driving the needle board in the piercing direction (5) are pivoted on the carrier (3) and at least one additional eccentric wheel driving device (12) acts on the carrier (3). A connecting rod (15) of the additional eccentric driving device (12) pivoted on the carrier (13), together with the connecting rod (10) of the synchronously rotating eccentric wheel driving device (8), forms a joint connection parallelogram for guiding the carrier (3) and the relative angle can be regulated.
