PURPOSE:Negative pressure-atmospheric pressure change-over valve corresponding to temperature for use in internal combustion engine in which a pipe having orifice, three-way tube, temperature responsive open-close valve and filter are combined to one unit in compact size to eliminate pipings from the filter previously arranged so as to take out the atmospheric pressure.
