An approximately flat plate-like tortoise shell net material 1 is formed with approximately hexagonal networks 12 by twisting wires 11 together. A net material structure A is formed with a plurality of protruded parts 2 in which each protruded part 2 protruding forward and/or backward in a cross-sectional view in a flat plate face P is formed by bending the tortoise shell net material 1 around respective rotational axes of at least not less than three respective hinge means H1, H2 and H3 which are positioned in vicinity in approximately parallel with each other where respective twisted parts 13 (131, 132, 133) positioned on an approximately same line in a longitudinal direction are a set of the hinge means H (H1, H2, H3). Formation of the plurality of protruded parts 2 protruding from the flat plate face P of the tortoise shell net material 1 allows an effective three-dimensional use of the net material 1, and, in addition, improves bearing force to a load on the flat plate face P of the net material 1 from a reverse side of a face formed with the protruded parts 2.
