Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable seam by a stitching machine such as an overlocked sewing machine, to improve productivity especially of square hole net and to reduce a cost by superimposing straight mesh yarns and seaming in a net and its processing method.
CONSTITUTION: One side of an approximately quadrilateral mesh is continued in a slant direction and a rhombic net A of an endless state such as cylindrical form is cut by cutting lines 2 along the mesh in the slant direction. Upper and lower triangular parts C of the cut meshes B are cut. A quadrilateral mesh D in which each side of the quadrilateral mesh is continued in the parallel direction and in the crossing direction based on two cutting lines is seamed with another similarly formed quadrilateral mesh D' along the initial cutting lines 2.
