A network communication method which uses SNMP between apparatuses comprises; a process in which a first apparatus adds additional information including apparatus identification information of the first apparatus or user identification information to a value region of a data region composed of an identifier region and the value region, to generate an access request message, and transmits it to a second apparatus, when the first apparatus accesses management information of the second apparatus; and a process in which the second apparatus determines whether or not it permits the access requested by the message, so that the number of apparatuses or users accessing does not exceed a prescribed number, based on the apparatus identification information or the user identification information included in the message and information about apparatuses and users accessing the management information at that time.
