To provide a network conference server, a network conference method and its program for reliably encouraging participants to participate in a scheduled network conference.
A Web conference server 200 confirms whether each participation candidate is present in front of each user terminal 102 on the point in time of a scheduled date and time referred to from a conference holding information table including at least information related with the scheduled date and time and participation candidates for each conference room. Then, the Web conference server 200 defines the participation candidates whose presence is confirmed as the participants, and transmits information for displaying a conference room entry picture to prompt each participant to enter the conference room to the user terminal 102 of the participant.
