PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a network participation time after security is ensured.SOLUTION: In a network construction system according to the present invention, a first wireless node transmits participation request information to which first address information of its own node is attached, a second wireless node that has received the participation request information transmits response information including at least second address information of a parent node to the first wireless node, the first wireless node transmits at least a first frame including authentication information encrypted by using a common key to the parent node, the parent node decrypts the authentication information of the first frame by using the common key to perform authentication and transmits a second frame including information necessary for encrypted communication to the first wireless node that has been successfully authenticated, and the first wireless node transmits an arrival confirmation frame to start communication with the parent node.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
