To prevent illegal contents from flowing into a network while maintaining free exchange of file data based on a P2P (peer to peer) technique.
This network data distribution sharing system 91 stores content file data as one or more data pieces in one or more data piece client nodes 82 and manages which data piece client node 82 the content data piece is stored in, by a data distribution source client node 81 which is a content distribution source. A data request client node 83 receiving the content must receive an encryption key for restoring the data piece into the file data of the content, from the data distribution source client node 81. In transferring this encryption key, the data request client node 83 requires client node authentication information registered in a network monitoring node 72.
