Abstract:
Provided is a highly reliable network management system that makes it possible to prevent improper connections when redundantly configured field wireless management stations are set up and allows a backbone network to also be made redundant, improving fault tolerance. This network management system, in which field wireless management stations that incorporate gateway functionality and system-management functionality are connected redundantly, is characterized in that a plurality of the field wireless management stations (11, 12) are connected to each other via a synchronization cable (30) and synchronization connectors (CNa, CNb) provided on said synchronization cable (30).
