A network printing system 1 in which a registrant of a print target file provides a user with a printed matter of the print target file from a printer 21 which is managed by an administrator via a network 10, includes a management device 11 in which when the user desires a printed matter whose setting content is different from print setting by the registrant, if there is a difference between a use charge for the printer requested by the administrator and deposited money for printing a print target file paid by the registrant to the administrator, or if there is a difference between a use charge for the printer requested by the administrator and deposited money for acquiring a printed matter paid by the user to the administrator, the user is caused to adjust an amount of money for the difference, wherein the printer provides the printed matter of the setting content desired by the user on the basis of the adjustment by the user to the management device.
