Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage various states that network resources can be in by centralization by handling a combination of a network resource name, a state value, and a schedule time as attributes for discriminating network resource data.
SOLUTION: As the attributes representing a network resource, the current state value and the schedule time when the current state value changes into another value are included and the combination of the network resource name, state value, and schedule time is handled as the attributes for discriminating network resource data. For example, line bundles 4-4 and 4-5 meet necessary requirements as substitute lines while switching to a line bundle 4-2 as a stand by line bundle is impossible when a tertiary group line bundle 4-1 is switched since a biquadratic group line bundle 3-3 gets out of order. In this case, a line bundle expected to be placed in operation after a specific day and a state wherein accommodation positions overlap in the biquadratic group line bundle, for example, are grasped as to the line bundle 4-5.
