This network system equipped with an internal job processor connected to a network constructed in a predetermined area and an external job processor installed outside the network is configured to record predetermined information relating to an executed job at the internal job processor side, and to transmit the recorded information to the destination of the external job processor in response to the request of information from the external job processor, and to request the information recorded by the internal job processor to the internal job processor at the external job processor side, and to receive the information transmitted from the internal job processor in response to the request of the information recorded by the internal job processor, and to display the received information so that it can be referenced.
