To provide a network system, a method by limiting access to Web server, a storage medium, a network device, a control method thereof and a program, by which the reason of the latest limit of access to a network device can be clearly and surely reported to a user and further, the amount of data for display for reporting to the user can be reduced.

Plural network devices and plural computers are connected to a LAN 100. A Web server function is packaged in at least one network device and a Web client is packaged in at least one computer. When the limitation of access to the Web server is determined, an HTML file (figure 5(b)) showing the limitation of access to the Web server is reported to the Web client. By means of the reported HTML file, the Web client can surely report the limitation of access to the Web server and the reason thereof or the like to the user.
