Abstract:
PURPOSE: To find a solution for a combination optimization problem which is better than before by placing a hop field type neural network in continuous operation by plural algorithms.
CONSTITUTION: The neuro controller has a means 122 which executes a program updating a state by a 1st algorithm from an initial state selected at random, a means 110 which decides previously set decision requirements are met and ends the 1st algorithm, and a means 124 which executes a program updating the state by a 2nd algorithm successively when the combination optimization problem is solved by using the hop field type neural network. This device is used to increase the probability that a solution which is better than before is obtained.
