To provide a new compound having a specific strong progesterone-like property and devoid of residual androgenic activity.

The compound is expressed by formula (I), wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each a hydrogen atom or a specific substituent, X is an oxygen atom or the like, and n is 1. A pharmaceutical composition is also provided which contains the compound.
