The compound has a structural formula (III) (wherein, m is 0-6; R2, R3, R4, R5, R6and R8are each hydrogen, an alkyl, an alkoxy or the like; R7is hydrogen, a halogen or nitro; R21is a hydrocarbyl; R22is hydrogen; and R23is hydrogen or an alkyl).
