PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition capable of favorably dissolving a medicine, being extremely excellent in percutaneous absorption, free from stimulation property and excellent in stability as a preparation, safety to living body and simplicity.

CONSTITUTION: The new antipyretic, antiphlogistic and analgesic agent composition consisting essentially of a medicine, oil substance (e.g. one or two or more kind of mixture of polyhydric alcohol middle-chain fatty acid ester, lactic acid alkyl ester, dibasic acid alkyl ester, fatty alcohol and fatty acid) having polarity, water-soluble polyhydric alcohol (e.g. glycerin, ethylene glycol or propylene glycol) and water.
