Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled composite product without necessity of any fixing agent by comprising a plurality of fibers having microfibrils on the surface, an expanded specific surface area and a hydrophilic character as well as CaCO3 crystals in the specified states.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A plurality of fibers having microfibrils on the surface, an expanded specific surface area and a hydrophilic character, and (B) precipitated CaCO3(PCC) crystals organized in clusters of granules, the majority of which trap the microfibrils and are joined directly to the component (A) by mechanical bonding are used as bases of a composite product. It has a fibrocrystalline inhomogenous structure. The B component, the filler, can be added in an amount of above 50 wt.%.
