Abstract:
To provide a sequence relating to cancers (especially carcinogenesis).
The present invention relates to new sequences for use in diagnosis and treatment of cancers (especially lymphomas). The invention further describes use of a new composition for a screening method. A method for inhibiting proliferation of cells (preferably lymphoma cells) is also provided in the specification. The specification further provides a method for treatment (including diagnosis) of cancers. In one aspect, a method for screening a drug candidate includes a step to provide a cell expressing a cancer-associated gene (CA gene) or its fragment.
