Abstract:
To obtain a dendrimer type compound in which a saccharide is introduced and a dendrimer type compound in which a metal is introduced into the dendrimer compound, and to provide a contrast medium having excellent stability, contrastradiographic effects and targeting effects.
This dendrimer type compound is obtained by introducing the saccharide through a spacer compound into a chelating agent. The dendrimer type compound is prepared by introducing metal ions by chelating with the chelating agent. The contrast medium comprises the compound.
