To obtain the subject readily available inhibitor usable for avoiding biological tissue disorders, in particular, myocardial disorders involved in blood circulation halt (ischemia) and blood circulation restoration (reperfusion), by including a specific heparin derivative.
This inhibitor contains a heparin derivative including a structural unit of the formula and having the following characteristics (A) containing ≥80 mol.% of' 2-deoxy-2 sulfamino-(4-deoxy-2-O-sulfo-α-L-threo-hex-4- enopyranosyluronic acid)-6-O-sulfo-D-gulcose in the disaccharide composition calculated from a disaccharide analysis as a combination of the heparin derivative decomposition by a relevant enzyme with high-performance liquid chromatography, and (B) the activated partial thromboplastin time: APTT does not exceed 50 s when added at a concentration of 6 μg/mL to the standard plasma.
