This new gold (I)-sulfur compound is expressed by the general formula (1) [Ch is O or S; any one of R1 and R2 is a group expressed by the general formula (2) and the other is H or an alkyl; R3 to R10 are each H, an alkyl, hydroxy, amino, carboxy, an alkoxy, an aryloxy, an acyloxy, an acylamino or the like, provided that a compound expressed by the general formula (1) never comprises a thioglucose-gold (I) salt; L1 in the general formula (2) is an amine, a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound, a thiol, a thioether, a disulfide, a thioamide, a selenoether, a diselenide, a selenoamide, a telluroether, a ditelluride, a telluroamide or the like; and n1 is 0 or 1] or comprises its enantiomer.
