The hydroxamic acid derivative is represented by the general formula (1) (wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom, a 1-10C alkyl group which may contain a hetero atom, a benzyl group which may be nonsubstituted or contain a substituent group; R2 is a hydrogen atom, a 1-10C alkyl group or a benzyl group which may be nonsubstituted or contain a substituent group; R3 is a 1-10C alkoxy group or an NR4R5 (R4 group and R5 group each represents a hydrogen atom, a 1-10C alkyl group which may be the same or different or R4 group and R5group may be bonded to form a ring structure); and n is 0-2) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt or its hydrate.
