This compound is shown by formula I [X is a ≥8C straight- chain hydrocarbon or an N-containing ≥8C straight-chain organic group; Y and Z are each H or a 1-6C hydrocarbon and when Y and Z are each the hydrocarbon, Y and Z may be mutually bonded directly or through any element of O, S and N; A is a group of formula II (M is an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal) or a group of formula III] such as dodecylamino-succinic acid monopyrrolidinylamide. The compound of formula I is obtained by reacting a compound of the formula HN (Y)Z (e.g. methylamine or the like) with a succinic acid anhydride derivative of formula IV and/or a succinic acid derivative of formula V preferably at -100 to 300°C under ≤10 atom.
