Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a new compound having glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor antagonism, inhibitory action on blood platelet aggregation and antithrombotic action.

CONSTITUTION: A compound shown by formula I (R1 is aryloxy (lower) alkanoyl; R2 is ar(lower)alkyl; R3 is amino, ar(lower)alkylamino, hydroxy, etc.; A is lower alkylene; A is lower alkylene; n is 0 or 1). The compound shown by formula I is obtained by reacting a compound shown by formula R1-OH or a reactive derivative at the carboxyl group thereof or a salt thereof with a compound shown by formula II or a reactive derivative at the amino group or a salt thereof. The compound shown by the formula R1-OH is also new and is obtained by reacting 4-cyanophenol with t-butyl 2-bromoacetate.
