Abstract:

To provide a simple and effective production process of an acrylonitrile derivative which is useful as the raw materials of various chemical products such as a synthetic fiber, a synthetic rubber, a synthetic resin, paint, or as the electrooptical materials.

The production process of acrylonitrile derivative is characterized by changing thiocyanate compound (1b) which is obtained by reacting a haloketone derivative or haloaldehyde derivative shown by formula (1a) with potassium thiocyanate or sodium thiocyanate, into acrylonitrile derivative shown by formula (1c) with phosphine derivative.
