SOLUTION: Polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA) having units represented by chemical formulas (1) and (2), and at least one unit selected from four kinds of units represented by chemical formulas (3), (4), (5) and (6) [wherein R is optionally selected from H, halogen, CN, NO2, COOR', SO2R", CH3 group C2H5 group, CH3CH2CH2 group, (CH3)2CH group and (CH3)3C group (wherein R': H, Na, K, CH3, C2H5; R": OH, ONa, OK, halogen, OCH3, OC2H5); and x is an integer selected from a range represented by chemical formulas and may be different according to each unit] and the method for producing the same, the charge controlling agent containing the PHA, the toner binder containing the charge controlling agent, the electrostatic image development toner, the method for forming image using the electrostatic image development toner and the image forming device are provided.
