Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni based forged alloy having excellent high temperature fatigue properties and segregation properties, and capable of controlling crystal grains and the producing a large-sized member.SOLUTION: Provided is an Ni based forged alloy having a composition comprising, by mass, 0.5 to 1.0% Al, 17 to 21% Cr, 17 to 19% Fe, 4.5 to 5.5% Nb, 0.8 to 1.3% Ti, 3.0 to 6.0% W, 0.001 to 0.03% B, 0.001 to 0.015% C and 1.0% or lower of Mo, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities, and in which the grain size of carbides is 20 μm or lower.
