Abstract:
To improve the inductance (L value) of Ni-Zr based ferrite on d.c. application (superimposing) by improving the magnetic material itself used for a choke coil and an inductance element.
In the Ni-Zn based ferrite, the improvement of d.c. superimposing properties is possible without providing a magnetic gap by using a magnetic material having a high permeability. By adding a specified amount of ZrO2 having a specified particle diameter to a ferrite composition, the objective high permeability can be obtained, and the choke coil and the inductance element can be formed without providing the magnetic gap in a magnetic path.
