Abstract:

To produce an Ni base superalloy capable of easily executing heat treatment and provided with excellent creep strength and high temp. corrosion resistance, to provide a method for producing it and to provide a gas turbine parts improved in reliability by applying the obtd. Ni base superalloy to gas turbine parts.

This superalloy compsn. contg., by weight, 10 to 14% Co, 10 to 13% Cr, 0.1 to 3% Mo, 4 to 8% W, 4 to 6% Al, 1 to 4% Ti, 4 to 8% Ta, 0.1 to 0.5% Hf, ≤2% Re, and the balance Ni base with inevitable impurities.
