This nighttime high visualizing implement 11 for the chain consist of the light storable flexible members 12 mountably, for example, freely attachably and detachably formed in the inner hollow parts 23 of the annular chain elementary bodies 22 constituting the chain. The light storable flexible members 12 are formed by putting materials having a light storage property into the flexible molding materials consisting of synthetic resins, such as polypropylene and synthetic rubber, etc., and molding the mixture. The top and bottom ends of the high visualizing implement 11 are provided with a pair of grooves 13 for mounting the highly visualizing implement 11 into the inside hollow parts 23 of the elementary bodies 22 of the chain. The distance between the grooves 13 and 13 and the sectional shape thereof are formed to meet the distance between the inner side on the long sides of the elementary bodies 22 of the chain and the sectional shape thereof.
