Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which contains a water-insoluble nigrosine dye and can be diluted with water or an aqueous solution.
SOLUTION: The composition comprises (A) a water-insoluble nigrosine, (B) a glycol or a pyrrolidone solvent each having a flash point of at least about 61°C (141°F) and a b.p. of at least about 138°C (280°F), and (C) a nonionic surfactant. The amounts of the ingredients (A), (B), and (C) are about 20-50wt.%, about 25-40wt.%, and about 20-40wt.%, respectively, based on the sum of the ingredients (A), (B), and (C).
