Abstract:
To provide niobium powder for a capacitor having a niobium layer and a mixed layer which is composed of silicon nitride and niobium and exists near the surface of the powder particle, niobium granulated powder using it, a niobium sintered body using them, and a capacitor using the sintered body as one electrode.
The niobium powder for a capacitor can manufacture a niobium capacitor having a high capacity, good leakage current characteristics, ESR characteristics and tanδ characteristics, and especially excellent in withstand voltage characteristics and soldering heat resistance.
