There is provided a nipecotic acid derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof represented by the general formula (I), where R1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, a heterocyclyl group having 5 or 6 ring constitution atoms and the like, R2 is a heterocyclyren group having 4 to 6 ring constitution atoms, an alkylene group of which hydrogen atoms may be substituted by 1 to 5 halogen atoms and the like, R3 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group of which hydrogen atoms may be substituted by 1 to 5 halogen atoms and the like, R4 is a substituted phenyl group or pyridine-2-yl group, and n is 0 or 1.
