Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a nitride phosphor which exhibits little change in chromaticity even under high temperature and high humidity and is excellent in durability, and to provide a nitride phosphor and a light-emitting device.SOLUTION: The method for producing a nitride phosphor having a composition containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ca, Sr, Ba and Mg, at least one element selected from the group consisting of Li, Na and K, at least one element selected from the group consisting of Eu, Ce, Tb and Mn, Al and N includes preparing a fired product having the composition, bringing the fired product and a fluorine-containing substance into contact with each other, and heat-treating them at a temperature of 200°C or higher and 500°C or lower. The nitride phosphor has a layer of a fluorine-containing compound on the surface of a phosphor core having the composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
