To provide a new endothelin receptor antagonist.

The pharmaceutical composition contains a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In the formula, R1is selected from a 1-6C alkyl, a 2-6C alkenyl, a 2-6C alkynyl, a 1-6C alkoxy or a 1-6C alkylthio; R2and R3are each optionally present; m and n are each 0, 1 or 2; and Het is a substituted or nonsubstituted pyrazine ring.
