Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can effectively carry out the purification of NMP.SOLUTION: In pervaporation separation unit 18, regarding NMP aqueous solution, moisture is selectively pervaporated via separation membrane to yield dewatered NMP. Regarding the metallic ions contained in the yielded dewatered NMP, they are removed by using ion exchange resin, to yield purified NMP. During this time, the conductivity of purified NMP is measured to detect whether metallic ions remain in the purified NMP.
